Gracious Swanta’s Musical Journey
Grace Zakariah, known by her stage name “Gracious Swanta,” is a contemporary gospel singer who was born on November 30th, 2000. She hails from Zango Kataf Local Government in Kaduna State, Nigeria, and is the youngest of four children born to Mr and Mrs Zakariah Adamu. Gracious Swanta attended Maranatha College in Trikania, Kaduna State for her secondary education, and in 2018, she began studying for her Bachelor’s degree at the prestigious Usman Danfodiyo University in Sokoto. Additionally, she is a young entrepreneur with a keen interest in fashion design.
Gracious Swanta’s passion for music began at an early age, and she honed her skills in singing in her secondary school chapel and church choir. She later advanced her musical career by providing vocals for some of Kaduna State’s most prominent gospel singers, as well as covering some popular gospel songs.
Gracious Swanta officially launched her music career in January 2020 with the release of her debut single “Christ in Me.” Later that year, she joined “Praise Music House,” a group of exceptional singers owned by Minister Kelvin Praise. With the help of her family and other key figures, Gracious Swanta’s musical journey has been an inspiring one.
Gracious Swanta Releases
Since her debut, Gracious Swanta has released several other songs, including “Malaiku” produced by 44beats at KDB Studios Kaduna in May 2022 and “Restorer” produced by Kulbeatz and Daveedskalez in September 2022. “Restorer” is a soul-stirring song that is timely and seasonally appropriate. It reassures God’s children of His promise to restore all they have lost while also serving as a heartfelt cry to God for help, hope, and strength.

As a result of her sonorous and endearing voice, netizens have eagerly anticipated new sounds from Gracious Swanta. Recently, she was signed to Revelationmusik, a prominent gospel music record label owned and managed by Minister Joshua Daniel. According to Gracious Swanta, “Revelationmusik is a family,” She looks forward to creating even more inspirational music with their support.
