American gospel maestro, Byron Cage, unveiled his exceptional album, “Transparent In Your Presence,” back in 1996. Born on December 15, 1962, Byron Louis Cage stamped his presence in the gospel music scene from a young age, drawing inspiration from luminaries like the late Rev. Donald Vails and Thomas Whitfield.

Pursuing higher education, Cage attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he not only showcased his vocal prowess as part of the glee club but also became an integral part of Atlanta’s New Birth Cathedral. His musical journey saw him take up the role of music director at Greater Grace Temple (PAW). Beyond his musical achievements, Cage proudly represents the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity.
